The 2026 Genesis Invitational begins Thursday, February 19, with the opening round at Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles, Calif. You can find the full Genesis Invitational times for Thursday’s first round at the bottom of this post.

The last time Scottie Scheffler played the Gensis Invitational at Riviera, he had one major win to his name. A lot has changed since then, for Scheffler and the tournament.
One year after wildfires in Los Angeles forced organizers to move the 2025 event to Torrey Pines, the event is returning to its longtime home in LA, with host Tiger Woods in tow.
Scheffler finished T10 at the 2024 Genesis at the Riviera and has since won three more majors and dozens of PGA Tour titles, cementing his place at the top of the Official World Golf Ranking.
He is yet to finish outside the top-4 this season, and in Riviera the World No. 1 will be gunning for his second win in 2026, along with its $4 million winner’s prize thanks to its status as a Signature event.
Scheffler steps off in the opening round of Genesis on Thursday at 2:37 pm ET along with Xander Schauffele and Si Woo Kim.
