Heading into Sunday’s final round at TPC Sawgrass, Ludwig Aberg is the man to beat.

The 26-year-old has long been predicted to achieve greatness in the game, and now he has a great opportunity to put his first stamp on history.

Aberg started the third round with the lead, then shot a one-under 71. It was good enough to extend his lead. He will start the final round with a three-shot lead over Michael Thorbornsen. If he holds on for the win, it would represent the biggest win of Aberg’s young career, and would earn him $4.5 million.

Should Aberg falter early Sunday, there are plenty of formidable players lurking on the leaderboard, including Xander Schauffele, Justin Thomas, Cameron Young and Brooks Koepka.
