WILSON INTRODUCES BALLS FOR ELITE GOAL STAFF PROGRAMS – Golf News

Wilson Golf has advanced its award-winning Staff Model golf ball franchise by introducing two new tour-caliber performance offerings – the Labor Model again Employee model X.
Building on the global acclaim earned over the past two years for outstanding all-around performance, the latest four-piece urethane construction delivers improved speed, control, durability and feel for elite players.
Both models are also available in the popular TRK360 alignment focus design, which provides golfers with improved feedback and accuracy on the green.
“What’s new Labor Model again Employee model X golf balls are designed with unique performance characteristics to meet the needs of different elite players,” said Frank Simonutti, Global Director of Golf Ball Innovation.
“We wanted to build on the momentum we’ve had over the last few years, which is that our premium balls stack up against anything else on the market and it’s great to see more golfers putting them into play,” he added.
The balls are built using V-COR’s advanced performance technology that uses a unique core structure to maximize power and generate maximum speed outside the group with the fastest ball speed on the market, according to internal testing*.
Labor Model
I Labor Model The ball contains 90 compression, which is 10 points softer than that Employee model X. This ball is designed for the advanced golfer who wants the performance of a Tour caliber golf ball but prefers a lower spin rate than a solid urethane ball.
In 2026 Labor Model This iteration produces ball speed, distance, and a lower spin rate (~ 3.5% to 4%) than premium urethane “harder” balls in both driver and irons. The ball uses a soft compressed rubber core, a soft inner mantle layer to control the driver’s swing, a hard outer ionomer layer for speed and distance, and a thin, soft urethane cover layer to achieve exceptional shot.
The dimple pattern of Labor Model The ball consists of 362 dimples arranged in an inverted hexahedral pattern. The dimple pattern is designed to produce the best flight trajectory to maximize range performance.

Employee model X
New Employee model X remains the fastest Urethane golf ball in the world but now offers a softer feel and sound to meet feedback from the Wilson Tour pros.
This was achieved with a construction that included a thin, medium core, an inner shell layer of soft fatty-acid modified terpolymer, a tough outer ionomer cover layer, and an ultra-cost-molded urethane cover.
Soft compression core, compared to the previous one Employee model Xreduces driver spin, the soft inner mantle layer provides a combination of speed and feel/sound, the hard outer mantle layer provides ball speed, and the soft, flexible urethane cover combines with the outer mantle layer to provide exceptional spin on the shot.
The dimple pattern of Employee model X is a 362 seamless hexagonal dimple pattern designed to produce a superior flight path to maximize distance performance.
For added shelf appeal to golfers worldwide, both Staff Model balls feature eye-catching premium packages to match their school performance.
I Labor Model now available in the standout Graphite Box design next to the Labor Model X in its Champagne Bronze line.
TRK360
Both the Employee model X again Labor Model balls are also available in the popular TRK360 design.
The 360-degree visual alignment lines are offered in a muted black and silver stripe to help golfers aim more accurately at their target without becoming a large, visible distraction.
The seam side stamp doubles as a coaching aid during practice, with a smooth, tapered roll indicating a well-struck putt, while any looseness reveals an off-center strike.
