Tour Edge introduces the new Hot Launch Max

For years, Tour Edge’s Hot Launch system has done exactly what it says: It helps you get the ball in the air and generate speed.
With the latest iteration, the Hot Launch Max, the complete collection of drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons and wedges is now modernized. improve forgiveness and initiation. In other words, Hot Launch is made by Hot Launch.
“Golfers who are improving their game deserve performance and quality as part of their development process, and the Hot Launch Max delivers,” Tour Edge founder and CEO David Glod said in a statement. “The long game is when golfers lose a lot of confidence if the ball doesn’t stay in play.” Hot Launch Max metalwoods are designed to bring stability and predictability to that shot, so golfers can swing with ease and confidence in the outcome.
“These irons and wedges are designed to facilitate strong contact to improve consistency, as well as give golfers more confidence in their approach and clubs.”

What’s really new about the Tour Edge Hot Launch Max – and why you should care
Two lines for two players
The Hot Launch Max series is actually split into two different lines, the Hot Launch Max and the Hot Launch Max D.
The Hot Launch Max will be a traditional line to improve the big game with strong lofts to maximize distance with traditional designs like cavity back irons and blade wedges.
Hot Launch Max D is a complete line of products with a bias, including an offset helix driver, with heel weight to encourage squaring the club to fight the slice. The Max D line also features weaker lofts, “ironwood” with hollow holes and wedges with wider soles for greater launch and forgiveness.
Woods designed to facilitate the long game
Tour Edge
Each metalwood in the Hot Launch Max range has a weight that is set back to make the MOI easier to launch. In the Max D models, additional weight is added to the heel to give the clubs more draw selection.
MOI is further enhanced with a new V-taper sole, which tilts towards the rear end and puts weight back into the cycle.
The Tour Edge also features its Diamond Face VFT technology from the Exotics range of Hot Launch metals, which optimizes face deflection to produce consistent ball speed on the face.
Irons and wedges are built to match

Tour Edge
The Hot Launch Max is a standard game-enhancing iron with a rear-centered design and Tour Edge’s VIBRCOR TPU insert to dampen vibration and improve feel while maintaining ball speed.
Meanwhile, the Hot Launch Max D ironwoods use a high MOI hollow-body design and a very wide and forgiving sole. They will also start high up in large quantities on the head.
“The style of play and confidence in the short game is where golfers see the fastest improvement,” Glod said. “Consistency is what allows golfers to score, and the Hot Launch Max irons and wedges are designed to deliver predictable results when accuracy is paramount.”

What they are: Hot Launch Max is a traditional game development program with less bias due to intensive CGs.
Who they are: Players who want to improve their batting and consistency.

What they are: Hot Launch Max D is a complete line of bias clubs for players who struggle with the slice and need more loft for better launch conditions. The irons are “ironwood” with a hollow body for launch and forgiveness. The metalwoods feature offset hosels to give players more time to hit the face.
Who they are: Players who have trouble missing to the right.
My take: Two lines that serve a purpose
What I love about Hot Launch is that it knows exactly what it is. It is not for the professional golfer, but for the golfer who wants to have more fun on the course.
“Not every golfer wants to fake ball flight or chase ultra-low spin,” Glod said in the release. “The Hot Launch Max is for players who want an easy, repeatable launch and performance that makes the game more enjoyable from the fairway game.”
To that end, the Hot Launch Max takes what made previous lines successful and improves upon it. These are clubs for players who are new to the game and want to enjoy golf the same way a better player does.
