2026 Valspar Championship Fund: Payout analysis, winner share

On Sunday at the Copperhead Course at Innisbrook Resort, the Valspar Championship field will come to a dramatic end.
Sungjae Im (-11) leads the field by two shots going into the final round. The 27-year-old from South Korea’s latest form has been hampered by military training and a wrist injury, and a win in Florida would have been his first mark since 2021 – almost four and a half years ago.
Just behind me, two PGA Tour veterans took second place: Brandt Snedeker, the 45-year-old US Presidents Cup captain, has won nine events on his resume, but the most recent was eight years ago, in 2018.

And David Lipsky, 37, who has three world championships to his credit, has made it 144 PGA Tour events without a victory – until now.
Slightly further down the leaderboard, three shots behind Im, are Marco Penge and Matt Fitzpatrick. Penge, too, is looking for his first PGA Tour victory, while Fitzpatrick, the US Open champion, is looking for his third PGA Tour victory.
In addition to the glory of the PGA Tour title, these players are fighting for the coveted prize.
With the Valspar Championship’s $9.1 million prize pool of $1.638 million for the champion and $991,900 for the runner-up, the top 22 players earned six-figure payouts.
