2026 Genesis Invitational Friday TV coverage: How to watch

The second round of the 2026 Genesis Invitational begins Friday morning at Riviera CC in California. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament on Friday, including complete Genesis Invitational TV coverage, broadcast information and Round 2 tee times.
How to watch the Genesis Invitational on Friday
Tournament organizers hope all of Round 2 can be played on Friday at the Genesis Invitational. But before the PGA Tour stars begin the second round, 30 players must complete their opening rounds.
Rain hit the Riviera on Thursday, halting play for hours. At 5:41 pm PT (8:41 pm ET), play was suspended due to darkness. Round 1 will continue on Friday morning at 10 am ET, with the second round starting at 10:40 am ET, 25 minutes later than originally scheduled.
Among the players who have yet to finish the first round are World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler. Scheffler had a rough start on Thursday, making three bogeys and a double bogey to drop to five over 10 holes. He will attempt to tee off on his final eight holes before starting his second round at 12:33 pm ET.
Rory McIlroy was one of the players to finish his first round on Thursday, and he did much better than Scheffler. McIlroy shot a five-under 66 to trail the early lead by one.
