Carlos Alcaraz defeated Novak Djokovic in four sets on Sunday evening to win the Australian Open and complete the Career Grand Slam. It didn’t take long for some of tennis’ biggest stars, including Rafael Nadal, to share their congratulations.
“Congratulations @carlosalcaraz on winning the Australian Open and winning the Career Grand Slam!” Nadal wrote in X.
“Congratulations to @DjokerNole for reaching one of the finals in Melbourne and continuing to make history in our sport,” added Nadal. “Thank you for your words during the festival!”
