Brock Boeser is ready to move if fitness works for him and his family
TSN: The Vancouver Canucks will listen to offers for Jake DeBrusk and Elias Pettersson, and Evander Kane will probably be removed soon, according to Darren Dreger, and if it makes sense for Brock Boeser, he would consider it despite signing a seven-year contract this past season.
“I’m glad that Brock Boeser’s name is there. This guy just signed a seven-year contract with the Canucks on July 1. Now, are you ready to leave?
Well, if there is a consensus that makes sense for Boeser and his family. He’s a playoff player, so teams will express some interest.”

The Daily Faceoff: David Pagnotta, asked about Vancouver Canucks forward Conor Garland and if there is a chance he could be moved at the deadline. His no-trade clause and contract extension don’t start until July 1. Who might be interested?

Carter Hutton: “Yeah, when we talk about the Vancouver Canucks, and how bad it was, another player, you know, Conor Garland’s name has been thrown around a lot. A player that I like. I think, with his little grit, his ability, you know, he could be edgy. A strong player.
Pagnotta: “Yeah, and he’s versatile. He plays both wings. You can, like you say, you can slide him up and down the lineup. He’s available. Is, I mean, everybody in Vancouver, probably is.”
But, you know, it was early in the season, there was a little doubt. They didn’t want to start listening to every boy. They wanted to change something, even after they made the announcement that they would rebuild.
But he’s a player there. Listen to Conor Garland, and if the right offer presents itself, they’ll jump on the bandwagon. They count in the number of boys, as I said.
But Garland is a player whose new contract doesn’t start until July. That’s when his no-trade clause and movement clause kick in again. He’s going from, I think he’s $4.95 million dollars right now, to his $6 million hit in his new deal.
But there are groups that interest him. There are groups that have been around before. Detroit, trying to find, Myers. They have been interested in Garland before. I think Boston has it. And a few other groups.

But he’s a player Vancouver is willing to listen to. They also informed the teams that they will call him. And they listened to him, (Jake) DeBrusk and (Teddy) Blueger and a bunch of other guys as well. “
