GOLF’s weekly I-Tried It column aims to provide you with our unfiltered take on a product we’ve recently taken for a spin. This past year has been filled with a number of new and relevant products, but our staff was recently tasked with coming up with one recommended favorite to share with the masses. A killer rain jacket
I’ve worn it on real courses, in real rain. I’ve had what the kids call a “living experience” in the jacket, and I’ve loved it. There is a lot. Whether I would have bought it for myself is an assumption I am happy to answer. What I do know is that now that I own it, I don’t worry as much if the sun forecast is wrong. A must-have positioning tool
I’ve tried my fair share of golf training tools over the years, and while some have been perfect, there was one this year that may be my best purchase of 2025: the Short Game Gains Trigon Toolkit. A reliable tool for the swing method

The best underwear you can buy
It brings me no joy to report that I always try to buy high-priced underwear. It brings me no joy to tell you that I know everything about the latest technology and dimensions of hosiery and underwear. An all-over hoodie
